By engaging Mike’s Gutter Works & Exterior Solutions, you agree to the terms outlined herein for residential or commercial exterior services, including gutters, siding, windows, and decks. Our mission is to provide industry-leading products with a personalized customer experience.

2. Custom Fabrication and Materials

• Hand-Cut Precision: We specialize in seamless 5” and 6” K-Style gutters featuring hand-cut miters for a natural finish.
• Material Selection: Clients may choose from high-quality aluminum, copper, copper tone, and galvanized materials.
• Special Orders: Multiple in-stock colors are available, alongside 30+ special order options which may require additional lead time.
• Downspout Options: Standard installations include 3×4 rectangular, round, or custom 4×5 options as specified in the project quote.

3. Service Packages and Pricing

• Basic Clean-Out: Starting at $99, this service is limited to blowing out gutters.
• Deep Clean Package: Starting at $325, this comprehensive service includes full debris removal, pitch checks, resealing of miters/end caps/downspouts, and flushing the system.
• Additional Work: Costs for ice guard protection, vinyl siding, fascia, soffit, or Trex deck restoration will be provided via a custom estimate.

4. Warranties and Maintenance

• ProFlo System: Our top-selling micro-mesh gutter guard includes a 45-year warranty.
• Maintenance Warranty: ProFlo installations include a free 3-year maintenance warranty.
• Optional Renewals: After the initial 3 years, maintenance renewals are available starting at $299/year.
• Full Labor Warranty: We provide full warranties on all work performed by our trained installers.

5. Customer Communication and Access

• Direct Communication: We guarantee direct communication with ownership throughout every project to ensure quality craftsmanship.
• Property Access: Customers must provide safe access to the exterior of the property, including rooflines and work areas for siding or deck building.

6. Liability and Safety

• Professional Standards: All work is performed by trained installers following industry-leading safety protocols.

Existing Conditions: Mike’s Gutter Works is not responsible for pre-existing structural damage discovered during the cleaning or installation process, though we will communicate such findings directly to the owner.
